This role is focused on attaining financial targets by leading key strategic and planning initiatives, supporting full product lifecycle management, and driving innovation and growth within the portfolio and across the business. You will work with a strong team of product leaders and key stakeholders across the business to optimize value delivery to customers in an fast-paced, agile and innovative environment Job Requirements Support the achievement of aggressive financial targets for the Practice & Financial Mgmt. portfolio Work with key stakeholders to refine investment priorities and customer value propositions Responsible for identifying and leading new growth strategy projects Independently manage complex, data-driven analyses to inform product design and launch decisions Drive the investigation and development of business cases for large capital investments Partner with Product, Segments, Sales & Marketing stakeholders to drive buy-in, and assist in the implementation of strategies Foster positive and collaborative team culture rooted in Thomson Reuters values: Trust, Partnership, Innovation and Performance Experience 5+ years of product management, management consulting, corporate strategy or related experience, preferably in a SaaS company Knowledge of Legal industry market trends and understanding of attorney workflows and pain points is a plus Knowledge/Skills Ability to frame complex questions and opportunities to enable actionable decision-making Ability to weave together product capabilities, market trends, and customer needs into compelling stories Strong project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with other functional groups, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward Excellent written and verbal communication skills often does formal presentations for teams and/or leadership in a variety of formats Strong technical acumen can effectively partner with development teams to find new, creative solutions to problems and customer needs Understands financial data monitors/ interprets performance to plan, makes recommendations on new products, enhancements and customer levers to drive results Education Bachelors degree required.
