  • Provide private care for the elderly in their homes and facilities.
  • Follows care guidelines outlined in the client's individualized care plan.
  • Performs but is not limited to: personal care assistance, Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, stroke recovery, ambulation/mobility assistance, transportation needs, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Reports any observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the office in a timely manner.
  • Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client's records.
  • Communicates effectively with all members of the office staff.
  • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab facility, or hospital.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written plan of care.
  • Must be 18+ to apply.
  • Have a passion for providing excellent elderly care.
  • Must be caring, trustworthy, honest, dependable, and flexible.
  • Have experience in caring for Seniors.
  • Pass Fingerprint/Background check
  • Pass Drug Screen.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass the GA PCA exam.
  • To get to work quickly, please bring the following credentials and certifications to your interview:
    • Current CPR & First Aid Certification
    • Current TB skin test
    • Automobile insurance
    • GA driver's license
    • Social Security card
