RBM of Atlanta is looking for a shuttle driver for our exclusive Pick-up and Delivery Service.
 We use state of the art technology to schedule this service for our clients.
It uses live traffic mapping and GPS to ensure the best routes and report real time information to clients.
Our drivers enhance the customers' positive service experience by: picking up clients from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles, picking up their vehicle up and delivering back when completed, or delivering a courtesy car for their use while service is being performed.
 You will also help other departments when necessary by: test driving Sprinter and passengers cars to put additional miles on vehicles to ensure repairs are completed, picking up parts from other dealerships, assisting accounting department by delivering title paperwork to local county offices.
Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in RBM’s normal screening process which includes completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and, where applicable, driving records checks; in-person interviews and other inquiries.
  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors either on the telephone or in-person.
    You are our potentially our first and last point of contact with clients and our ambassador.
  • Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired.
  • Pick up client car, bring it in for service, and deliver back when completed.
  • Deliver courtesy vehicles for customer use.
  • Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
  • Immediately report any damage or abnormal operating conditions with client vehicle, property, or shuttle vehicle to dispatcher or service manager.
  • Keep a timely shuttle route and notify dispatcher or service manager of route progress.
  • Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles and moving belongings.
  • Operate smart phone to interact with shuttle scheduling technology, communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service, driving conditions, or other important information.
  • Record trips information including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
  • Ensure repair order, courtesy car agreement, payment receipts, or other required information/documents are collected at the time of pick-up or delivery.
  • Notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
  • Evening, weekend and holiday work hours may be required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area in accordance with company policy.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Experience as a lot porter or valet is an asset but not required.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, documents, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Physical demands include: constantly position body and move in order to retrieve vehicles from parking lots and drive cars; inspect and drive vehicles; detect and identify vehicle issues and shop safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate tools and equipment; repetitive motion.
  • Work is conducted inside, outside, on public roads and freeways, and in a shop environment in proximity to moving vehicles.
  • May need to remain sedentary for long periods of time in adverse traffic conditions.
