The Finance Manager - Systems ensures that appropriate?steps and actions ?are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of Oracle ERP and related financial systems. This Finance Manager - Systems will serve as a technical point of contact for the financial department and assist the business with ensuring data integrity, compliance, perform system requirements analysis, functional system design, integrated testing, and solutions maintenance of the Financial Systems i.e. Oracle eBusiness suite applications. ? Job Duties: Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions to ensure data integrity. Manage month-end and year-end closeout processes for the department. Design and support processes to extract data to external business customers Work on ERP projects that focus on the client's business processes ? including, but not limited to Order Management, Production and Inventory, Pricing, Invoicing, Receipts, Cash Reconciliation Gather and document detailed requirements, design functional solutions, customize and configuration applications, identify and execute advanced test scenarios and support solution deployment ? for Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications, and related 3rd party connected applications. Responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system and data issues. Determine the root cause of user-reported problems, provide accurate and timely solutions or workarounds, and implement functional, technical and training resolutions to minimize reoccurrences Will serve as a project manager for small/medium sized projects or tasks, performing project planning, timeline creation & tracking as projects move forward Troubleshoot issues, and find the necessary corrective actions to resolve them Identify weaknesses and opportunities for automation, SOX compliance and overall improvements of current processes. Develop and present the action plans for implementing changes or improvements. Convert process improvements recommendations to actionable functional requirements and work with management to prioritize them and integrate them with the Financial and Accounting systems roadmap. Required/Preferred Skills : ? Bachelors degree is required. ERP project lifecycle experience, using one of the following: Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft or other major ERP Applications. Experience within the Oracle EBS Financial Suite of Modules (Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payments, Cost Management, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) along with Order Management and Pricing modules preferred Paying up to $125k - $145k base plus bonus potential. * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
