Essential Job FunctionsThe ability to do the following: stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, climb up on a ladder in a timely fashion, perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace, perform job tasks repetitiously at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time, food prep including cutting & prepping, work in an environment with temperature fluctuations, maintain regular, predictable attendance, understand and follow directions, use equipment including telephones, cash registers, POS stations, calculators, robocoupe, knives, meat slicers, drills, mixers, can openers, scales and dishwashing machines, and the ability to lift very heavy objects with or without assistance. Major Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to)Preparing food, delivering food, taking orders, interacting with customers, handling cash and/or credit cards, balancing cash drawer, stocking food and product, bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning (using chemicals), performing basic maintenance, completing applicable reports (ie: driver mileage report) as necessary, daily organizing of products, Statement of PerformanceThe Managers of the deli will evaluate performance on an on-going basis and applicant may be eligible for a merit increase once a year, as determined by the General Manager.
