Commercial Collections Specialist

Our client is a leading technology company looking to add a dynamic Collections Specialist to its award-winning Collections team! The ideal candidate will have B2B collections experience in a high-volume business environment, Excel skills, reconciliation experience, superior telephone and customer service skills.

Experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred, but not required.

Commercial Collections Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contact customers with past-due balances to collect payments.
  • Research and resolve past due accounts with disputed transactions.
  • Identify and resolve root-causes of recurring disputes and delinquent payments.
  • Ensure proper account setup and billing.

This is a temp-to-permanent role located in the metro Atlanta area, and the pay is $18-22/hr, depending on experience.




Job Requirements:

2-3 years Commercial Collections experience (Business to Business, not Medical Collections)

Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High volume environment
