Responsibilities Operational responsibility of all medical aspects as it relates to occupational health within your region. Manage a broad portfolio of occupational health programs (hearing conservation, blood borne pathogen, respiratory fitness, etc.) as well as onsite/near site or virtual clinics. Manage the automated external defibrillator (AED) and first aid kit programs and occupational/preventive medicine initiatives that support wellbeing, as well as various medical policies. Provide coverage for the other regional management as needed. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance along with alignment with our broader health strategies Manage and execute multiple projects seamlessly Serve as a liaison for local community resources including Hospital Systems, Public Health, and EMS within the defined geographic region. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
