BOS Medical is looking for PRN LPN nurses who desire flexible scheduling to join our team. The nurse will perform nursing assessments, develop an initial nursing treatment plan, provides nurse education groups, administer medications, provides crisis intervention services.

The PRN nurse performs the evaluation of the consumer in order to recommend his/her appropriateness for the level of care offered by the program. Assesses the consumer s nursing needs upon admission and assists with the development of an initial nursing care plan. Implements the nursing care plan and doctors treatment orders, including coordination of proper administration of medications. Observes and records in the consumer s chart responses to treatment and any new symptoms or other changes to the consumer s treatment plan and adjusts nursing care plan accordingly. Maintains medical records in EHR that meet all applicable standards.


Full licensure as LPN in the state of Georgia (or eNLC).

Must pass criminal background fingerprint checks including an FBI Criminal History Check and Pre-employment drug screen.

Must possess current CPR Certification
