Management of Survey Department, including direction of supportive field crew and technical staff. Maintain contact/communication with clients and/or project related jurisdictions. Complete survey projects within defined schedule and budget constraints, while maintaining quality assurance. Actively participate with new client pursuits providing proposals based on a determined scope of work and reviewing monthly billing to existing clients. Train other survey associates and managing fleet maintenance.
