Accounting Administrative Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Adecco is looking for qualified candidates with both Accounting (60%) and Office Management (40%) experiences of 3-5 years.
Per hour rate will be up to $16 per hour. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Can be flexible.Korean or Spanish language skills a plus.
Perform duties of an office clerical occupation with miscellaneous office management duties and tasks. Duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures put in place and may include a combination of corporate events, new hire & employee support, travel accommodations for executives and managers, maintenance of companywide utility accounts, business license renewal, expatriate employee support etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:New Hire & Active Employee SupportBiz Card ordering and processingCompany cell phone/Tablet supportUber Account/BillingStaples Account/BillingManage Access Key (Office, Building, Parking)Prepare and manage company events and activities;Monthly & Quarterly Birthday LuncheonCorporate event (Picnic, Family Day, Christmas, Halloween, Chuseok, etc.)Utility and office equipment management for CDC, RDCs and Corporate Office (SAP Park docs included)File for Business License for companywide branches and warehouses.Prepare and process monthly end closing (Invoice & Office Rent Expense - ATL & Troy)Support President & VIP Guest VisitTravel AccommodationCar RentalCompany Car SupportCorporate OfficeComplete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.Maintain inventory of office formsCreate internal forms and write proceduresCommunicate with customers or employees to distribute informationFill out purchase requisitionsWrite business correspondenceSupport HQ General Affairs DutiesOther duties as assigned.
